Job Description
Grand River Rubber & Plastics Company is hiring for the SLC curing position.
This position involves loading uncured rubber product onto product specific tooling, placing that product onto carts, putting the carts of product into processing equipment and starting the automated processing cycle. After the processing cycle is complete, the operator unloads the product.
Full time $12.53/hr; Incentive earnings-dependent on production quantity. Current average for all operators is $20.32/hr. Monday-Friday, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.

Job Requirements
Desired skills: Good eye hand coordination. Strong desire to follow product and process specification information. Attention to detail. Ability and desire to be highly mobile and multi-task. Ability to accomplish your work in an efficient manner. This position entails lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs continuously with occasional need to lift or carry up to 100 lbs. Valid high school diploma or GED.
