Job Description
Grand River Rubber & Plastics Company is hiring for the SLC Bayonet position.
This position loads product on to product specific tooling and then placing that product into an automated machine for processing. At the completion of the processing cycle the product is unloaded from the product specific tooling.
Full Time $12.15/hr ; Incentive earnings – dependent on production quantity. Current average for all operators is $20.12/hr. Monday-Friday, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.

Job Requirements
Desired skills: Manual dexterity, ability to operate power equipment. Stand and walk for the majority of the work day. Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment. This position requires lifting, carrying, pulling and pushing up to 20 lbs on a frequent basis with occasional requirement to lift, carry, pull and push up to 100 lbs. Valid high school diploma or GED.
