A Schulman is currently looking for qualified, dedicated, Production Operators at our North Kingsville and Geneva facility. These positions are immediate / direct hire with competitive pay. These positions offer a full benefits package that starts the first day on the job and a $750.00 sign up bonus after 90 days. Company provided benefits include: vacation, paid sick time, holidays, paid disability, and life insurance. You can elect medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, and 401(K). We also offer a tuition reimbursement program.

• Have a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
• Stand on feet for 8-12 Hours
• Shift work – Ability to work overtime on short notice as needed
• The ability to multitask
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with Co-Workers & Management
• Maintain good attendance habits while missing minimal work
• Math and communication skills
• Properly follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work with fiberglass
