Job Responsibilities and Authorities: Diagnose, isolate and correct electrical problems; Make emergency repairs when necessary; Act as project or job leader (applies to “Maintenance Electrician A” only); Observe and comply with safety precautions and rules; Layout installations and prepare bills of material; Perform other duties as necessary ie PM’s as assigned, assist mechanics as needed; Perform building maintenance and repairs; Install and maintain control panels, distribution centers, circuits, etc.; PLC knowledge and programming; Knowledge of Quality Policy and how it relates to this position.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Education – Ability to read prints and schematics; Working knowledge of electrical components, and electrical circuits; Leadership ability (applies to “A” only); Knowledge of safety practices, equipment and devices at Presrite; Availability to work all shifts; Ability to lift a minimum of 80 pounds safely and correctly.
