Job Description

Regular, full-time.

Performs outreach to increase utilization by eligible participants; represents the agency’s programs with community partner’s customers; assist in connecting customers with specific services.  Supports the development and implementation of internal and external communications; media coordination; networking to ensure customers know about the programs and how to access them.
