Job Description
Under general supervision the Maintenance Repair Worker III performs primarily semi-skilled and unskilled building and grounds maintenance services for the nursing home; patrols facility grounds; ensures the security of the residents and employees; and responds to emergencies during shift.
Hours: 8a – 4p.

Job Requirements
Completion of secondary education or equivalent: one (1) experience in building maintenance and repair or equivalent; and a valid Ohio driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and HVAC; experience with safety or security systems. An individual who poses a direct threat to the health and safety of himself/herself or others in the workplace will be deemed not qualified for this position.
