Job Description
Under the general supervision of the RN or the LPN Unit Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to residents of the nursing home.
Hours: 6:45p-7a.

Job Requirements
Completion of state accredited school of licensed practical nursing; completion of state approved pharmacology program; current Ohio licensure as a practical nurse; and physical strength to turn and lift bed-ridden residents. An individual who poses a direct threat and safety to himself/herself or others in the workplace will be deemed not qualified for the position. Good attendance is required.
