KEYBANK SUMMER RETAIL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – The Retail Internship program is open to college students interested in pursuing careers in Retail Banking and graduation in December 2023 or May 2024 – all majors considered.  The 12-week rotational program provides interns with a foundational understanding of operational, compliance, and risk components of Retail Banking through the Teller position.  Working alongside our Bankers, interns will learn customer services, conversational banking skills, and how to create an outstanding client experience while helping bring our Financial Wellness strategy to life.  Post-college graduation, high-performing interns will have an opportunity to be considered for a full-time Personal Banker, Financial Wellness Consultant, or Private Client Banking Associate position – as well as admission to Key’s Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program.

What does the program offer?  Paid position; Financial services industry knowledge; Assigned mentor and peer coaches; In-person and virtual training sessions; Tracking progress and regular coaching feedback; Career path opportunities to be selected for Personal Banker, Financial Wellness Consultant, or Private Client Banking associate positions and the Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program.
