Job Description

Perform assignments as a member of a group or crew engaged in the set up of a forge press.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:  Perform setups at all stations of the forging operation in accordance to setup cards; Assists wherever needed during set-ups and or production; Any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Leadperson; Comply with all safety requirements; Responsible for periodic visual checks of product during production; Knowledge of Quality Policy and how it relates to this position; Methodology; Mixing die lube at proper ratios.  Apply die lubricant per set up card; Load furnace during production.  Visually inspect billets prior to leading the furnace for defects.

5% shift differential for 2nd shift; 7% shift differential for 3rd shift.
