Job Description
Positions available on 2nd and 3rd shift, 8 to 10 hour shifts with some weekend overtime.
Duties: Responsible for maintaining clean and safe work area/equipment; Responsible for following lock-out tag-out and confined spaced policies/procedures; Communicates all key events and information to supervisor to assure continuity in safety, quality and productivity; Determine corrective actions based on troubleshooting and evaluation of equipment failures; Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment involving electrical, mechanical pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; Perform adjustments to various machine systems, operational interlocks, sensors, energy systems isolations, and other ancillary inputs to machine controls; Repair and maintain machinery and electrical equipment including: motors, variable frequency drives, soft starts, sensors; Safely operates floor cranes, lift trucks, man lifts as needed to complete assigned tasks; Complete facilities maintenance as required.

Job Requirements
Required: Three years relevant experience (i.e. automated production equipment, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic); Must be able to read/understand equipment manuals, pneumatic and electrical schematics; Must possess strong critical thinking; An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including motors, servos, vacuum pumps, 3 phase power, communication devices and industrial/electrical controls; Willingness and ability to attend training sessions both on and off site.
Desired: Experience working with industrial robots – Yaskawa Motoman DX100/DX200 controllers, Fanuc; Experience with RSlogix 500 and RSloxic 5000, modify, troubleshoot, and install PLC programs; Experience with MIG/Stick welding and fabrication of weldments; Basic machining experience with lathes, mills, grinders, etc.; Cognex and Keyence vision system programming and troubleshooting a plus.
Ability to show up to work everyday on time, follow direction and have a good attitude. We will train you on the rest to do this position! This job is at least 8 hours a day and there will be overtime on some Saturdays.
