Job Description

Summary:  Operates machinery either compounding or compression/injection molding to complete quality products safely to attain daily production rates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions — Follows work instructions and quality criteria as described in press packet and work instructions; Enter operations into ERC manufacturing computers; For molding prepares charge, operate cutting table or cut mix by hand, weigh/form charge and places into mold and operates mold; Adhere to and follow all safety rules and procedures; Responsible for maintaining clean work area; Involved in daily prevention maintenance functions.
